The Chronicle places a hidden Gaian royal lineage in the Ethiopian highlands and claims Heka deliberately used that human lineage as part of Kaia’s concealment and ancestry. This belongs to the retired architecture in which real human dynasties and cultures derive from ancient Gaian seeding. Current continuity rejects extraterrestrial explanations for real human cultures and dynasties. The potentially reusable element is narrower: Anne can tell Kaia family stories whose meaning changes after Kaia learns her history.
