Earlier material described Anne as teaching Rowan that her mottling proved descent from ancient Ethiopian kings and queens and treated these stories as literal encoded history from a Gaian royal-seeding program. It also framed Anne’s ‘Your Highness’ jokes as deliberate conditioning so Rowan would later accept queenship.
This architecture conflicts with current safeguards: Gaians did not create or seed real human civilizations, existing cultures retain independent histories, and Rowan’s arc is not about accepting predetermined royal destiny. Anne may still use story to comfort Rowan and may possess reconstructed history, but the Ethiopian royal-seeding explanation and destiny-conditioning function are retired.
